Wet in wet techniques

Here's a video demonstration by artist Patrick-Ley Greaves that unfolds the secrets of watercolor's most important but baffling technique - wet in wet. Watch Patrick painting a sunset over the mountains effortlessly. There are many lessons one can take from this demo: how he blends the colors on the paper, his application of the paint with differing thickness, the movement of his brush strokes and so on. I hope one can go on to discover the joy of watercolor painting by practising hard, even if it is just this one video lesson.
